What we do.

Building well is a responsibility toward those who will use the building for decades. It means choosing materials that last, teams that know what they are doing, and giving up shortcuts that seem convenient today but cost dearly tomorrow.

2BFS carries out construction activities on its own account (on our properties) and for third parties. We operate with internal resources and controlled contracts with selected companies. The supply chain is short and tracked.

Our method.

Every construction site has a project manager who keeps together design, execution and client relationship. We do not delegate final responsibility to subcontractors — the supply chain is ours, from the first site inspection to turnkey handover.

For complex works (large structures, marine works, hydraulic engineering) we work with specialized technical firms in consolidated partnership. The works management always remains with 2BFS or with a works director appointed by the client.
