Work philosophy.
A company with four founding partners, seven business areas, and a partner network cannot be a "standard" workplace. We don't pretend it is. Our environment is lean, empowering and meritocratic — with real space for those who take initiative.
We don't seek employees to micromanage. We seek people who can move autonomously on clear objectives, who know how to ask for help when needed, who bring their judgment to the work instead of just executing.
Who we look for.
Depending on the season and project development phases, we look for different profiles. In general, we are always interested in meeting people from the following categories:
Recurring profiles
- Beach and hospitality operations — establishment managers, accommodation managers, reception staff, summer service personnel
- Construction site technicians and works directors — surveyors, architects, structural engineers, site managers
- Technological systems specialists — electricians, thermo-hydraulics, refrigeration technicians, HVAC maintainers
- RES&BESS development — renewables project developers, connection engineers, authorization specialists
- Real estate — valuators, development project managers, feasibility analysts
- Corporate functions — administration, management control, communications, HR
Professional collaborations
Not just employees. We often work with consultants, professional firms, specialized freelancers. If you are an independent professional with skills relevant to our business areas, and you are interested in structured collaboration, write to us.
What we offer.
- Regular contracts — reference national collective bargaining agreement for every role, no "fake" freelance arrangements, salary adjusted to local cost of living.
- Continuous training — workplace safety, technical skills, soft skills. When growth is needed, the company invests in people.
- Autonomy and responsibility — high-decision-content roles from day one. No one here is a "paper shuffler".
- Visibility on decisions — every employee knows the performance of their area, participates in objectives, understands the why.
- Lean work environment — no unnecessary meetings, no paperwork for its own sake, respect for life/work balance.
- Territory — we work in beautiful places. Marina di Carrara, Versilia, the Gulf of Poets, the Apuan Alps. Context is part of the package.
How to apply.
We don't have a corporate recruiting portal. Applications go through direct email and are read personally by one of the partners or a senior collaborator. No ATS, no algorithm.
To apply, send an email to:
In your email, include:
- A brief introduction (free text, no need for a formal cover letter) explaining why you'd be interested in working with us and for which area
- Your updated CV in PDF
- A reference (even just a link) to projects or experiences relevant to share with us
- Your availability (seasonal, full-time, consultancy)
We read every application within 15 working days. If the profile matches our current needs, we'll contact you for an informal first interview. If not, we'll reply anyway — it's the minimum respect for those who wrote to us.
You will never receive an automated rejection email. If you write to us, a person will actually read.
