2BFS operates across the entire system range provided by Italian Ministerial Decree 37/2008: from electrical to thermal systems, from climate control to lifting. We design, install, maintain and repair — both for our properties and for external clients.

Our method.

Every system intervention begins with a technical survey and a design signed by qualified professionals. It is followed by installation with certified materials, commissioning and delivery of all mandatory documentation (declaration of conformity, schematics, manuals).

We also offer scheduled routine maintenance contracts, which guarantee operational continuity and compliance with mandatory deadlines for boilers, air conditioners, elevators.
